Scanomatic, a document scanner that stays on your phone
Point the camera at a page, a receipt, an ID card or a passport and get a clean PDF, a Word file or the text itself. Text recognition, barcode reading, identity extraction and translation all run on the phone. There is no account, no analytics, and no server of ours that ever receives a document.

Everything stays on the device
Other scanners send your pages to their own servers to read them. Scanomatic does the reading on your phone, using the text and barcode recognition built into Android and iOS. The only network traffic is to a cloud storage account you connect yourself, to the store when you buy or restore Pro, and to Google or Apple when a feature needs to download a recognition model or a language pack.
That is a constraint on the product, not a line of marketing: the app has no cloud recognition and will not gain one. The privacy policy is written against what the code does.

Pro is a monthly or yearly subscription sold through the App Store or Google Play, priced in the store in your local currency. Cancel any time from your store account; Pro stays until the end of the period already paid for. The terms of use have the details.
Support
Write to support@propoagroup.co and say which phone you are on and what you were scanning. For refunds, ask the store that took your payment first; Apple decides App Store refunds under its own policy, and Google Play has its own window after a purchase.

Who makes it
Scanomatic is published by Propoa Pte. Ltd., a company incorporated in Singapore, which also makes Propoa, a client CRM for Singapore property agents. The two apps share a publisher and nothing else: no account, no data, no analytics cross between them.
