Write to hello@propoagroup.co and a person here will read it. We are a small Singapore team, so email is the only channel we run: there is no phone line and no live chat, and nothing is answered by a bot. Anything about money has its own address, below.
Questions about a subscription
Plans, prices, what is in each one, moving between them, invoices, receipts, and cancelling: all of it goes to support@propoagroup.co, which is the address our refund policy names. If you already have an account, write from the address it uses, and for a question about a specific payment give us the date and the amount. Those two things save a round trip.
Worth knowing before you write, because it answers most of what people ask: the pricing page lists every plan and what it includes, subscribing happens here on the website rather than in the mobile app (so no app store takes a cut and PayNow works on the annual plan), you can switch plan in either direction at any time with nothing deleted on a downgrade, and a new account gets 14 free days at Pro without a card. Prices are in SGD. GST is not currently charged - if that changes, we'll tell you before it applies.
Refund requests get a decision within 5 business days. What qualifies, and how long the money then takes to reach you, is set out in the refund policy.
Thinking about it and not sure it fits
Ask. Tell us roughly how you work now (the spreadsheet, the agency app, the notes on your phone) and what you are hoping this would take off your hands, and we will tell you straight whether Propoa does it. If it does not, we would rather say so than take a month's subscription for something that was never going to help.
Help with an account you already have
That goes to support@propoagroup.co, and the support page says what to include so we can settle it in one reply rather than three. It covers being stuck at CEA verification, something in the app not working, and getting your data out or deleting your account.

Questions, corrections, complaints, or a request to see what we hold go to privacy@propoagroup.co, which reaches the person responsible for data protection here. We aim to respond within 30 days, as set out in the privacy policy.
