What a Singapore property agent needs from a CRM

Your book belongs to you

The app your agency provides belongs to your agency, and what you put into it stays behind when you leave. A Propoa account is registered to your CEA number instead. Your agency cannot see it, and you can export everything to CSV whenever you want.

Questions agents ask

Is Propoa a CRM for agencies or for individual agents?

For individual agents. Each account belongs to one licensed salesperson, verified against the CEA public register at sign-up, and it stays theirs when they change agency.

Can I export my clients if I leave?

Yes. Every client, viewing, deal and commission exports to CSV from the web dashboard whenever you like, with no request form and no notice period.

Does it work on my phone?

Yes. Propoa is a mobile app on iOS and Android, with a web dashboard for exports, billing and longer reports. Both sync to the same account.

Does Propoa sell or share my client data?

No. Your clients are not visible to your agency or to anyone else, and the data is never sold. You can delete the whole account at any time.
