Free is the right price for something that isn't yours. Your agency's app handles the front of the job (leads, templates, reminders) and handles it inside their account, which is why it stays behind when you move and stops where their interest stops. Propoa carries on past the deal: commission owed, expenses, the tax gauge, your MediSave, and HDB and URA figures that answer to the transaction record rather than to anyone's stock list. If the free one already does everything you need, keep it. We'd rather you did than pay us out of habit.
Here on the website, in your account. The app doesn't take payment and won't ask you for it: subscribe on this site and the app unlocks the next time it syncs. It means no app-store cut on top of your plan, PayNow works for the annual one, and you get a proper receipt for your books.

Agents move between agencies, and the work you've put into your database shouldn't be held hostage when you do. Export your clients, viewings, deals, commissions and expenses whenever you like, in full. If you cancel, you can still get your data out.
Yes. Propoa is for registered Singapore salespersons. We check your CEA registration number against the public register and ask for a document to confirm it's yours. We verify by hand, usually within a working day, and your 14 free days start once you're approved; waiting costs you none of them.
Ask us before you pay for anything. Contact us and a person will answer, including if the honest answer is that Propoa is not what you need.
